To relieve hardship, support health, and promote wellbeing through practical financial help, guidance, and education.

Provide financial grants to individuals unable to access essential living staples, healthcare, counselling, or legal help
- Signpost people to trusted support services
- Help relieve financial need for those affected by long-term illness or disability
- Small hardship grants
- Community grants or counselling funding
- Educate the public on mental health and wellbeing
- We have issued over £5,000, distributed in direct grants

People of all ages who are facing challenges related to mental or physical ill health, especially those in financial hardship.
